This research was conducted to find out the role of work engagement as a mediator between quality life and organizational commitment. Participants in this study were 400 employees who worked at PT XYZ (One biggest Manufacture Indonesia). In implementation dissemination measuring tools quality, engagement, The technique used analyze main data is use regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 24.00. Based on results processing it known that variables work-life simultaneously affect commitment with coefficient determination 0.541. Furthermore, engagements can mediate relationship commitments
